We have just seen a property 15 minutes from central Cambridge with wonderful potential for a co-housing eco-village.

There is a farmhouse, 7 acres, stables and other buildings with potential for conversion to private units and community buildings. We are initially looking for people with capital and skills including permaculture, building, and eco design/ architecture.

The site is situated 11 miles (15 minutes by car) from central Cambridge, close to Hilton and Fenstanton.

The land and the building are on the market in 4 Lots and were formerly made up of a stables, kennels, grooming parlour, cattery – the stables and farmhouse are still in use, with the other buildings now redundant.

We would like to purchase all 4 lots, and work together to create a beautiful place to be.
